HOW IT WORKS

From bank to new fibre.
With the evidence to prove it.

A simple process, a clear order of priorities, and a paper trail that stands up to your auditor, your councillors and the digital waste tracking era.

HOW IT WORKS

From bank to new fibre
in five steps.

We collect

Banks, containers or bulk loads from your sites, sized to what they actually generate. Extra lifts when things get busy.

We split it

Wearable items come out for reuse first. The rest is separated into dedicated streams by fibre and material type.

We match it

Each stream goes to the specialist partner best placed to recycle it, including fibre-to-fibre recyclers across Europe.

Fibre-to-fibre

The aim for every stream: fibre recovered and spun into new yarn. Other routes only where that isn't possible yet.

We prove it

Weights, streams, destinations and outcomes, reported monthly and kept audit-ready.

The order matters.

Every load is graded for its highest sensible use, not for whoever pays most this week.

1 · Reuse

Wearable clothing and sound footwear go back into use.

2 · Fibre-to-fibre

Non-wearable textiles, split by fibre, go to fibre-to-fibre recycling.

3 · Other recycling

Where fibre-to-fibre isn't possible yet: wiping cloths and other recycled uses.

4 · Recovery

Only when nothing better exists. Disposal is the last resort.

We start on site,
not on a spreadsheet.

Before we recommend anything, we look at how your sites actually run: what they generate, where the banks sit and what your teams have to work around.

Site surveys

On-site audits to understand volumes, physical constraints and recovery potential at each location.

Volume & profile analysis

Collection frequencies and bank placement set by real material flow, not guesswork.

Working with ground staff

Practical changes agreed with the people on site, so they stick.

Transparent reporting

Volumes, outcomes and recommendations, site by site.

TRACEABILITY & REPORTING

Follow the fibre.

Asked “where did it actually go?” You'll have the answer on one page: which stream, which partner, what outcome.

Your site

Your report

Weighbridge evidence

Weights from a calibrated weighbridge, with the certificate available on request.

Partner due diligence

Permits and audit evidence for the partners we use, UK and European, ready for your duty-of-care checks.

Waste transfer notes

The right paperwork for every movement, kept and retrievable.

Site-by-site data

Weights per site and per collection, so you can see which banks are earning their keep.

Mass balance

Tonnes in, tonnes out, by stream and by partner. It adds up, or we find out why.

Outcome by stream

Reuse, fibre-to-fibre, other recycling and recovery, reported separately.

Ready for the digital tracking era.

Since 1 October 2026, permitted sites in England and Wales have had to record every load they receive on the government's digital waste tracking service, with collectors and brokers due to follow. We think you should get that level of visibility over your own material anyway, so that's how we work.

Snap a photo

Of the bank, the bale or the pile. A phone picture is fine.

Got a stream nobody wants?
Good.
